The SpaceX Falcon 9 vehicle is set to return to flight operations despite an ongoing investigation into the recent Starlink mission anomaly. The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) granted approval for the return to flight, provided all other license requirements are met. The Falcon 9 was grounded earlier this week after a failed landing attempt during a routine Starlink mission. This is the second grounding of the Falcon 9 this year, following a previous grounding in July. SpaceX has a large fleet of reusable Falcon boosters and is scheduled to launch two NASA astronauts in late September.
